Terms of service

The agreement

These terms are between you and Vyuuh Inc. By using the vyuuh app or Vyuuh Studio you accept them. If you do not, please do not use the services.

Your account

You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping your credentials to yourself. You must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live, and at least 13.

What you publish

You keep ownership of what you create. By publishing through vyuuh you grant us the licence we need to host, transmit, store and display it so the service can work, including showing your stream alongside other viewpoints of the same Event.

You are responsible for having the right to publish what you publish. Do not broadcast content you do not have the rights to, content that is unlawful, or recordings made where recording is not permitted.

Events and viewpoints

vyuuh may group your broadcast with other people's broadcasts of the same occurrence. That is the service working as described. Grouping does not transfer rights in anybody's footage to anybody else, and a verification mark makes no claim about the content of what is shown. See Trust.

Acceptable use

No harassment, no unlawful content, no impersonation, no attempts to break, overload or reverse the service, and no using it to violate anyone's privacy. We may suspend or remove accounts and content that break these terms.

Studio, payments and beta status

Vyuuh Studio is offered in private beta. Published prices are list prices and are not a charge; no subscription is billed until billing is available and you have agreed to it. Beta features may change or be withdrawn, and we will tell you when something you rely on is going away.

Pilot requests

Sending a pilot request is an enquiry, not an agreement. It does not commit either of us to anything, and it does not reserve a date.

A pilot begins only when its scope is agreed in writing — which event, which positions, how many crew, what support looks like on the day, and what is out of scope. Please send accurate information about your event and your organization; we make decisions about scheduling and support from it.

Availability

We work to keep the service running and do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Live broadcasting depends on networks and devices outside our control.

Termination

You may stop using the services at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken or if we must do so for legal or safety reasons.

Disclaimers and liability

The services are provided as they are, without warranties beyond those the law requires and does not allow us to exclude. To the extent the law permits, Vyuuh Inc. is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the services.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
